These rules are a supplement to the "Terms of service", and are an integral part thereof, constituting a unified whole with it. If there is any conflict between these rules and "Terms of service", these rules shall prevail. If there is no agreement in these rules, the "Terms of service" shall prevail.

By clicking to subscribe to, activate and use the GoodRead Premium Membership Auto Renewal service (the “Service”), you will be deemed to have agreed to these rules. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not subscribe to, activate or use the Service.

You understand and agree:

1. Service Name: Premium Membership Auto Renewal, this service can only be used if you have become a registered member of GoodRead.

2. The subscription period and the corresponding price offered by GoodRead for the Service are subject to the display on the subscription page, and you may choose them at your own discretion.

3. If you activate the Service through your Apple ID account with Apple Inc. (collectively, “Apple”) and do not voluntarily and explicitly cancel the Service during the current subscription cycle, Apple will, 24 hours prior to the expiration date of the current subscription cycle, automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of the Apple account that was bound to you when you activated the Service and thereby extend the membership period for that subscription cycle. automatically deduct the subscription service fee for the next billing cycle, thereby extending the membership validity period for that subscription cycle. You will be solely responsible for any risks and losses resulting from failure to renew your subscription due to Apple account problems or insufficient balance.

4.In accordance with Apple's auto-charging rules:

a) If you have purchased both the Non-Auto-Renewal Membership Service and the Service through your Apple account, the membership validity period of the two services will be stacked, but the automatic deduction of the Service will still occur before the end of each subscription cycle. For example, if you activate the Service for 1 month on January 1 of this year, Apple will automatically deduct the next 1 month's subscription fee on January 31; and if you purchase an additional non-auto-renewable Annual Membership prior to January 31, your current Membership validity period will be stacked to 1 year and 1 month, but Apple will still deduct 1 month's subscription fee at the end of each month of this year, and the Membership validity period will continue to stack by The membership period will continue to be stacked on a monthly basis.

b) If you have opened two or more different subscription cycles of the Service at different points in time, the subscription cycle opened later will automatically replace the subscription cycle you opened first, and Apple will deduct the subscription fee for the subscription cycle you opened later before the current cycle of the subscription cycle you opened first expires. For example, if you have subscribed to the Service for a 1-month subscription cycle and then subscribe to the Service for a 1-year subscription cycle during your current subscription cycle, Apple will deduct your subscription fee for the next year before the 1-month expiration date and extend your subscription by 1 year.

5. In order to facilitate your understanding of the auto-renewal status, GoodRead Premium Membership will notify you by means of push message or email, etc. before the next subscription cycle deduction. You are reminded to pay special attention to the fact that, based on the characteristics of the auto-renewal service, Apple's deduction for this service will be completed 24 hours prior to the expiration date of the current subscription cycle. If you do not explicitly cancel the Service before then, Apple will deduct the subscription fee for the next subscription cycle, and in principle, the deducted subscription fee will not be refunded.

6. To cancel the Service on your Apple account, please unsubscribe at least 24 hours before the expiration date of the current subscription cycle. Unsubscribe as follows: Open your Apple phone [Settings] - Enter [iTunes Store and App Store] - [Apple ID] - Select [View Apple ID] - Enter [View Apple ID] - Enter [Account Settings] - Click [Subscriptions] - Select GoodRead Member to unsubscribe.

7. GoodRead may also terminate the Service in accordance with the circumstances set forth in the “Terms of service” or as required by its operational strategy, and your GoodRead Premium Membership will terminate on the date of expiration of the current subscription cycle.
